Conferences & Meetings
We are able to cater for small conferences, 'off site' meetings, training days and seminars in our two air conditioned rooms available.
Two of the three King's Lynn based Rotary clubs meet weekly in the restaurant. The King's Lynn Vancouver Round Table and many smaller groups and societies regularly use our facilities.
We can accommodate up to:
- Fifty people (Theatre style)
- Thirty people (Board room style)
Facilities
Presentation aids and facilities can be provided. These include:
- Overhead projector and screen
- TV and video
- Flip charts
- Wi-fi internet access
Rates
Room charges very depending on length of time of your meeting but as an example;
Basic guide for:
- Small meeting room £100 per day/£75 per half day
- Larger meeting room £200 per day/£120 per half day
Tea and coffee are available are £1.50 per person per serving.
Various meal types can be provided.
Prices quoted are subject to VAT, charged at the standard rate.
